Would you follow you? Everybody needs to face that necessary discomfort of being willing to look in the mirror, especially leaders. It’s a particularly grounding question because if you think about yourself as an effective leader, it's highly likely you’re not seeing the things that you do that are ineffective. It literally gets into your shadow.
